Navigator Communities

To foster a positive behavior support system and build a sense of community among our students, we have created five communities at our school. Each student belongs to one community for their time here at WNIS. Throughout the year, we focus on character education by creating service-minded events for our students and communities. The communities include Veritas (Truth), Erubesco (Respect), Officium (Responsibility), Fidelis (Loyalty), and Animus (Courage). These five character traits are the school wide expectations for our students. At the end of each quarter, we reward the highest achieving community with a service project and field trip.

Stay tuned for more information throughout the year!
