iPad: Setting Up District Mail
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Tap Add Account…   and
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange
    1. Enter <yourusername> for email address,
    2. Enter SANTAROSA for the domain,
    3. Enter your work User name for the Username, and
    4. Enter your work password
    5. The Description can be anything, e.g., Work Email or Santa Rosa Email
  5. Click Next and
  6. Enter for the Server.
  7. You will want to also set up the number of days back in time that are synced to your iPad.
