Process to Request Access to a Site Blocked by Lightspeed

If a site was previously open, your teacher’s account may have been idle for too long, and Lightspeed downgraded your account temporarily to “guest.”  Click “Sign in now?” and enter your username and password. IMPORTANT: Your Username should be formatted as santarosa\smithx.

To request a site be opened, please create a ticket in IIQ. IIQ>>Tickets>>New Ticket button>>Software/Online Systems>>scroll down to Support Systems and pick Lightspeed. If applicable, please ensure that the site requested complies with the State Board of Education amended Rule 6A-1.094124, F.A.C., on June 10, 2021, that provided clarification on what efficient and faithful teaching means with respect to the topics of required instruction listed in Section 1003.42(2), Florida Statutes (F.S.). http://www.fldoe.org/policy/state-board-of-edu/meetings/2021/2021-06-10/ (This information was included in the district’s required Course 1, which you take at the start of each school year.)
