SANTA ROSA RECEIVES ACADEMICALLY HIGH PERFORMING DESIGNATION 

Santa Rosa County, FL – Santa Rosa County District Schools is pleased to have been designated an Academically High-Performing School District for the 2021-2022 school year by the Florida State Board of Education.  The Florida Legislature annually recognizes and rewards school districts that demonstrate the ability to consistently maintain or improve their high-performing status, an accomplishment Santa Rosa County District Schools is proud to maintain. The most recent designation is based on Santa Rosa’s consistency in earning an “A” grade as a district, individual school grades, 2021-2022 class size compliance, and 2020-2021 financial audit reports. Academically high-performing school districts have been determined to have no material weaknesses or instances of noncompliance noted in the annual financial audit. This designation also provides high-performing school districts with flexibility in meeting the specific requirements in statute and rules of the State Board of Education.
