School Safety and Security Updates 9/22/22

Bennett Russell Elementary School and Avalon Middle School have now resumed normal operations. All students and staff are safe. We will always try to communicate with you in a timely and accurate matter when these instances occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to an off-campus incident, the Sheriff’s Office has requested that Bennett Russell Elementary School and Avalon Middle School, in an abundance of caution, be placed into secure facility until the incident can be resolved. All students and staff are safe. We will notify you once the secure facility has been lifted.
