NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BY COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA TECHNOLOGY, INCLUDING CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
As a result of the public health emergency that exists in the State of Florida as a consequence of the COVID-19 coronavirus, in light of the guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control for the protection of all members of the community, and with the authority granted by Executive Orders issued by Governor Ron DeSantis, including Executive Order 20-69 (Emergency Management—COVID-19—Local Government Public Meetings), The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida, gives notice that it will conduct a public meeting, including the previously-noticed consideration of the proposed purchase of approximately 75 acres of real property, using communications media technology. The public meeting will be held on April 9, 2020, at Woodlawn Beach Middle School, 1500 Woodlawn Way, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32561 at 6:30 p.m. A limited number of persons may attend this Board meeting and no more than 10 persons may be present in any one room. For this reason Rooms 130, 402, 502, and 603 will be made available for the Public. Additional rooms will be made available if needed. The public can participate in this Board public meeting by attending the Meeting at Woodlawn Beach Middle School, or by watching the meeting via live stream at http://santarosacountysdfl.swagit.com/live. Individuals will have an opportunity to offer public comment concerning this item or any other items not listed on the agenda by attending the meeting and addressing the Board via video conferencing from Room 130.
